Calstock- October Calm Club Sound Bath with Reiki

After the first successful session RebalanceU is returning to Calstock Village Hall. Join me for a one hour Sound Bath with meditation and Reiki. A transformative experience to help you find your inner zen, relax your body and state of mind.

Please bring with you whatever you need to be comfortable laying on the floor and a bottle of water is encouraged.
