Awaken & Empower Women's Group

1st Thursdays 7-8pm ~ Join Mel Thompson as we gather in support, connection, and growth. Together, we uplift one another and heal through collaboration, meaningful conversations, meditation, and other healing tools. Whether you seek empowerment, fresh insights, or simply a community that understands, this gathering provides a nurturing space to awaken your inner strength and step forward with purpose.


Each group empowerment session is $20.

The Awaken Center and Holistic Shop is located inside Plymouth Meeting Mall, 1st floor, near the fountain. Closest parking and entrance is near Edge Fitness and Sola Salon.
