Club Run - Depart 8.30am
Location - Keyworth Cemetery, Wysall Lane, Keyworth NG12 5AG
Two Groups Running (see discussion tab for route details)
Group 2: 95km to 120km (60 to 75 miles). Average speed 30-34km/hr (19mph-21mph)
Group 3: 80km to 105km (50 to 65 miles). Average speed 27-31km/hr (17 to 19mph)
If you are new to the groups, please let us know you are coming and we'll look forward to welcoming you and helping you choose the group that is right for you.
We ride Saturday mornings weekly and either start from Cropwell Bishop Memorial Hall or Keyworth Cemetery. Route posting on a Thurs night with updates, if the weather is uncertain, Friday evening (7.30pm) and Saturday morning (7am)
Summer runs generally depart at 8.30am and are back by 1pm with a 45 min cafe stop after approx 2hrs of riding. Try and get the hard work done on the way out and get the wind on our backs on the way back.
