Join us for our annual Anytime Fitness Power Challenge, happening

This event is all about testing your total strength across three lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift.
The challenge?
🏋️‍♀️ 500 lb total for women
🏋️‍♂️ 1000 lb total for men

But don’t let the numbers scare you, this event is open to anyone who wants to participate, give it their best shot, or just have fun and be part of the action!
