Reiki 1 Certification

Begin your year with a journey of self-healing by learning the beautiful art of energy healing known as Reiki. Join Cheryl Ryan of Heart Glow Reiki in the Cave as she shares this gift with you. It will be a sacred experience!

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes physical and emotional healing. It is administered by “laying on hands”, for healing energy to be channeled through the practitioner to the receiver.

The word Reiki comes from Japanese Kanji. It means Universal Life Force Energy.

Rei – Universal Spirit, Divine Essence, God Consciousness, Higher Self

Ki – Life force, vital energy, chi, light…it is present in all living things.

Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. It does not require any particular set of religious beliefs or views. It always works for the highest good.

Level 1

Level 1 training is focused on self-healing. In this class, you will be introduced to the flow of Reiki energy within yourself. Level 1 does give you the ability to share with others as well!

The class is approximately two hours, and after class you will have the opportunity to practice on each other in our treatment room space.
