You’re handed a pair of clippers and invited to wander through the fields, intuitively gathering the flowers that speak to your soul. Once your bouquet is full and your heart is happy, you’ll lay out your mat among the blossoms, with sweeping views of the land as your backdrop and the golden light of sunset settling over you.

We’ll start with a short guided meditation to ground your energy and connect you to the present moment, followed by the cleansing rhythm of the drum to clear and center your body. From there, you’ll be immersed in a powerful yet peaceful sound bath—a healing journey led by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, gong and other sacred instruments.
As you lie under the open sky, surrounded by flowers, nature, and the vibration of sound, your nervous system will begin to settle, your energy will soften, and your spirit will bloom.
