Staying in the Saddle when Things go Wrong

Chris Tejero, a 3rd generation charro and horseman, will be in Vermont for 5 days. He was recently featured in the April edition of Western Horseman.

This event if for those who would like to develop a better seat and mindset for when things go wrong in the saddle. He has worked with Martin Black and Steve Peters of Evidence Based Horsemanship. He currently runs a training center in New Jersey to retrain bucking horses from the rodeo and difficult horses. He will cover how to avoid situations where you could be removed from the saddle, but also if your horse bolts, spooks, rears or bucks what you can do to avoid getting hurt.

This event is limited to 10 riders, but only 5 riders at a time will be in the arena. At the end there will be a chance to ride with Chris through some obstacles and scary things!
