October is Blindness Awareness Month. Let’s come together, share great food, and bring clearer vision—and brighter futures—to local kids.
Join us for a special evening with Chef Charlie of Pies for Eyes as we raise funds to help children affected by vision impairment get the glasses they need—right here in our community.
From Chef Charlie: "As a blind chef, my mission is to raise awareness about blindness while inspiring and empowering blind students within our community. By blending my passion for cooking with my commitment to helping children, I provide access to devices that make navigating the sighted world easier. Through this work, I strive to create opportunities, foster confidence, and improve the quality of life for those with visual impairments."
We will also have live music! Wurst Kase Scenario will play from 12-3pm and Ray Koncar & The Boys will perform from 5-7pm.
Dress in your best Lederhosen! Prizes will be given for the best dressed. There will also be a beer stein holding contest for the strongest contender!
