Chair Yoga with Sound Healing in the Salt Room

Join Melissa Bruce (Certified Chair Yoga Instructor) for a 45-min all levels chair yoga class. After class you will stay in your chairs for a 30-min Singing Bowl Meditation Savasana while enjoying the healing benefits of Salt Therapy. Zero Gravity chairs will be provided and recline to have a more relaxed and comfortable Savasana. Props, blankets and eye pillows will be provided. No mats required but feel free to bring your own props if you prefer. This class is welcome to all but especially those with limited mobility. This event will take place at Tranquility Massage located at 15905 S Fredrick St, Ste. 101 in Plainfield. Space is limited!
