Join Rhiannon Friday evening to destress and relax going into the weekend.
You will be surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Crystal generates and magnifies the transmission of tones. Metal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and rainstick will also be heard. A sound bath can provide a sense of relaxation and a sense of calm, could reduce pain and anxiety, and can remove toxins from the body, promoting a greater sense of wellness.
We will start our practice with a mediation and lead into the sound bath.
Please bring any other props to make your experience most comfortable.
