Reiki Infused Sound Journey with Myra & Angelica

Please join Myra and Angelica for a special guided meditation using Sound Vibration from multiple instruments. This will induce relaxation through stress reduction and calm the central nervous system. As you are bathed in sound, you will receive individual and group energy healing via Reiki, which involves gentle touch of an attuned practitioner on the head and feet. This will further align the energetic body to its ideal frequency. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, blanket, pillow -- any comforts to allow you to rest comfortably in savasana while listening to vocal guidance and softly played singing bowls, bells, and gongs. Participants are welcome to just rest and relax, with an invitation to explore the magical places between wakefulness and dream states.
