One Day? or Day 1! Free Martial Arts Class for Beginners!
This is a great opportunity to see what we're all about! See what our adult program has to offer in this beginner-friendly trial class.

We will be practicing fundamental striking techniques in addition to getting a great workout that promotes flexibility, stamina, and power!

This class is for adults who have an interest in martial arts but have never taken a class. It is also great for adults who trained in their youth and want to get back into it!

No uniforms or equipment required! Wear athletic clothing and come ready to train!
