About the event

May Day at Mount Washington
Join the Pittsburgh English Country Dancers for a joyous May Day Celebration! This is a friendly festive event for all ages. There will be Maypole Dancing, May Day Reveling, Giant Puppetry, Singing & Live Music. Come weave the colorful ribbons around the Maypole, join a Morris Dance or a Garland Dance! Participate in a May Day game. Sing around the Maypole with us! Welcome in the Spring! Something for everyone! Family friendly! You don't want to miss this festive fun on the observation deck in front of the Mt. Washington Library. You can join all the merriment or watch all the festive merriment. Free!!
