Free, All-levels yoga flow designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, just beginning, or want to lie down on your mat and take a 1-hour nap, this class offers space to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the beauty of Pittsburgh’s riverfront.
Led by a rotating line up of local instructors, these gentle and accessible flows links mindful movement with calming breathwork, inviting balance and presence against the backdrop of the water.
What to bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, and an open heart.
What to expect: Sunlight, fresh air, and a shared sense of peace—no experience necessary.

A few notes:
- These classes are currently drop in, but if they begin to hit capacity, we will set up a registration link.
- We may need to cancel classes due to inclement weather. If it's lightening, please don't make your way to us! If it might rain a little, we'll make a judgement call and update our social channels with information as we have it.
