Fostering Connections is coming together with fitness and fun to raise awareness for local children in foster care!
Date: Saturday, June 21st
Race registration: 8 a.m., Race start time: 9 a.m.
Cost: $60 for walkers/runners ages 13 and up, 12 and under
are free.

The average child in foster care moves homes 3 times or more in
their lifetime. When you walk or run with us 3 miles, we are coming
together as a group to help children in care feel seen and heard.
Bring your stroller, bring your dog, bring your kids! This fun walk/run is for all ages!
60% of foster homes quit after the first year of fostering because it is so hard. This results in more bouncing around and trauma for
children in care.
Your $60 race entry allows us to wrap around and provide education and support for foster homes to remain
steadfast and long lasting.
There will be music, kids games and fun in the parking lot after the race!
