SUFI TALES AND WHIRLING

The sufi whirling is the Dance of the Infinite.

Next Thursday we gather in circle to listen one or two sufi dervish tales and feel the deep meaning inside of us.

Tales about Life teachings, day to day spirituality, mysticism, human values and going beyond the appearances of the conditioned reality.

After that we start to do some exercises to prepare us and then whirl gently so we can have a direct experience of this practice.

It's twisting around ourselves connected to our hearts and feet so that we can embody the Merkaba, the Light body of the Self.

There's no need to have previous experience, we are creating the Experience here and now.

Better if you come on an empty stomach.
