Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum and more, at my Sound Bath event at Pinner Villlage Hall.

Join me at Pinner Village Hall, Chapel Lane for a guided sound bath, to heal within. I will intuitively guide you on a journey through an array of sounds and frequencies, using crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a shamanic drum and more. Embrace calm, restoration, and deep relaxation for your mind, body, soul. Sound vibrations bring a sense of calm and relaxation to mind, body and spirit and calms the nervous system, encourages stillness, and presence. It's a beautiful way to gift yourself some calm, clarity and gentle self care.

The session is held in Pinner, within easy reach of Harrow, Eastcote, Northwood, Ruislip and surrounding areas of North West London.
