5 Moves, 5 Rounds to Celebrate 5 Years of Meaningful Movement!

We are kicking off our 5 year celebration with a fun little movement workout from 8:30–9:00 AM outside the building—5 exercises, 5 rounds, to celebrate 5 years. This is family friendly event - sign up & move with us or come to cheer on participants. Join us for our open house after from 9-11 where you can enjoy a coffee, tea, & small bites in suite 305.

Your donation is your entry and 100% of proceeds will go towards the 3 local non profits we are highlighting - CLT foundation, Let Me Run, & Care Ring.
