Chad Pittillo currently serves as Community President at Simmons Bank, where he has dedicated 25 years of service, building a 28-year career in banking. A University of Arkansas graduate, Chad has held multiple leadership roles and is known for his strong commitment to civic development, serving on boards such as the Economic Development Alliance for Jefferson County and Fifty for the Future.
Rebecca Pittillo is the President of the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas. With more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, she leads initiatives that award $4 million annually to improve behavioral, maternal, and pediatric health across Arkansas. A passionate advocate for suicide prevention and community empowerment, Rebecca’s work has earned her numerous statewide honors and recognitions.
