REV + FLOW = Low Impact yet High Intensity (50-60 min)

REV+FLOW is a total body workout that encompasses several types of exercise all rolled into one hour: strength, core, balance, mobility and cardio! Combination movements are set to empowering music using optional hand weights and body weight. The moves stay low impact and kind to your joints while allowing you to keep the intensity up! With regular attendance, expect to gain better mobility and real world strength. Leave renewed from the inside out!

Please bring an exercise mat, optional 2-3 lb hand weights and water. Limited mats and weights to borrow on first come basis.
