You’re warmly invited to a heart-centered gathering under the powerful energy of the Lion’s Gate Portal — a time of deep release, soul remembering, and calling in our highest path.
We’ll gently journey through breath, sound, writing, and energy work, including a round of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help release what no longer serves you on a deep level — emotionally, energetically, and somatically.
There will be space to pause, feel, reflect, and connect, followed by a drum journey, time to write your intentions, and a soothing closing meditation.
We may end with soft movement or music, depending on the energy in the group.
