May Flower Moon Event

May’s Flower Moon speaks to the arrival of spring and with that all that blooms. Come and enjoy an event that will help you set intentions for growth and uplift your vibration. Gathering will have time for meditation, breathwork and intention setting. Other activities to focus on growth of a positive mindset and planting beautiful intentions. Event will end with sound bath to calm the mind, relax the body, and immerse yourself in beautiful healing sounds of crystal bowls, gong and drum. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats provided. Bring pillow/pillows or bolster for comfort. Please use rear entrance off Highland. Registration is required limited space available.
