Bounty in the County: Ecological Farms in PEC

Join EFAO for a full summer afternoon exploring three inspiring farms in Prince Edward County!

🌱 Fiddlehead Farm (12:45–3:00 pm)�Kick off the day with Heather and Stephanie, who will share lessons from 14 years of growing a CSA-driven farm with simple, DIY infrastructure.

🐑 Return to Earth Farm (3:30–5:30 pm)�Ben and Kate will take you behind the scenes of their rotational grazing systems for lamb, pork, poultry, and rabbit, and share about their maple syrup and homemade soap production.

🍽️ Paper Kite Farm (5:45–7:45 pm)�Wrap up with a farm-raised dinner and tour with Hans and Judy. Learn how they grow food ecologically, with a focus on vegetables reflecting their cultural heritage and connecting with the land and community.

Attend one, two, or all three stops.�Dinner is included with registration for Paper Kite Farm.�Participants must arrange their own transportation between farms.
