Welcome to HERSpace: Monthly Healing & Wellness Circles for Women!

Let’s ignite our inspiration in this energizing workshop! Together, we’ll explore what fuels our passion, accompanied by sound healing and guided meditations to spark creativity. Through collaborative activities, storytelling, and reflection, we’ll uncover our sources of inspiration and share ideas that uplift us. Activating our Solar Plexus, the sun within, through touch and movement will connect us to our core essence and ignite the fire within.  This session is a wonderful opportunity to connect and motivate one another to take bold steps toward our goals. Join us and let’s light the way to inspiration together!

What to bring:

• comforting beverage
• blanket
• comfortable clothing
• personal item to add to a collective altar build to ground the space
• journal and pen

Light refreshments and snacks will be served, please advise us of any food allergies or aversions.

**We seek to provide the best experience for our attendees and in order to do that we will only run the session at a minimum of 8 attendees. If we do not meet our minimum, you will be able to use your ticket towards a future session. We appreciate your understanding.

Our event will take place on May 22 2025 at 7:00 PM at 1970 Brock Rd. Come ready to relax, unwind, and connect with other amazing women in our community.

LOCATION:

We are located at 1970 Brock St. at the North West corner in the beautiful Heritage House with the bright yellow door! Come in and go to the back and you will find our space on the right.
