Join us for a peaceful summer morning practice on the back deck at Little Dipper Farm, overlooking serene pastures, grazing sheep and cows, a tranquil pond, and classic New England stone walls. This all-levels yoga class invites you to ground, breathe, and flow surrounded by the gentle beauty of nature.

Bring a mat, an open heart, and a sense of wonder. If it rains, class will be held indoors in the barn!
