The Practice with Brittany Emmanuel

Weaving together different movement modalities and moving the elements through the different aspects of our being to alchemize and harmonize the energies in our body, welcome to The Practice! This class is a culmination of different movements, practices, and meditations that Brittany has received and explored in her own development as a practitioner and teacher. You'll move through the different layers of the physical body - bones, joints, muscles, lymph - as well as the different aspects of the whole body - physical, energetic, mental/emotional. And you'll get a little bit of everything - joint movement, bouncing/plyometrics, cardio, strengthening, stretching, meditation - for a well-rounded and complete Practice experience.
