Psychedelic journeys often reveal deep inner truths—like how much of what we believe about ourselves isn’t truly ours—such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, or fear of our voice. These are often traces of patriarchal conditioning we’ve unknowingly carried.

In this women’s integration circle, we’ll explore how these themes may have shown up during your journey—or in the integration that followed—and begin to gently reclaim the inner truth beneath them.

Circle ⭕️ : 6:30-8:30 pm

🌀 Embodied Movement – Release internalized patterns and reconnect with your body through intuitive, guided movement

🧘🏽‍♀️ Grounding Meditation – Anchor your nervous system and create safety in the body to prepare for inner exploration.

🕯️ Ritual of Release – Let go of one belief or identity rooted in patriarchal conditioning

🌌 Guided Visualization – Reconnect with the part of you untouched by cultural programming

💬 Integration Sharing Circle – Reflect on how patriarchal conditioning may have surfaced for you—whether through a psychedelic journey or in your everyday life. Wherever it showed up, this is your space to speak it and be witnessed with compassion.
