Storytelling

Each participant will choose ONE THEME from the selection provided, upon which they'll have 7 minutes to share a story related to that specific topic.

Participants will receive a 60-second warning so they'll know when to start wrapping it up. This will assure everyone gets the equal amount of time and opportunity to speak.

Snacks & Beverages will be provided

**ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SHARE A STORY**

Optional THEMES for this month:

1) "You Live & You Learn" they say.... Share about an event or experience that, without a doubt, provided not only a lesson in itself but caused a transformation within that has continued to flourish and aid in your beautifully ever-evolving version of YOU.

2) "How I'd gone from _______ to _______!" Share a story of movement and perseverence, determination and grit. Whether it be a physical point A to B or metaphorical, we know there's strength and reverence in your journey. Let it be known!

3) Freestyle! Choose a topic of your own.

Feel free to expand on these themes- allow them to mean whatever they mean to you. We'll keep the thoughts, imaginations and experiences flexible.
