Namaste Yoga North Scottsdale is proud to present Sonic Flow: A Cinematic Vinyasa Experience—a 60-minute infrared headphone yoga class held on the court at PHX Arena just hours before the much-anticipated Indiana Fever vs. Phoenix Mercury game featuring Caitlin Clark. The game is expected to sell out, and this pre-game experience offers a rare opportunity to be part of the energy before tip-off.

Led by Namaste Yoga’s own Nicki Lemmon, and set to a live DJ set from DJ Taz Rashid, this all-levels vinyasa class is more than just yoga—it's an immersive journey of sound, movement, and mindful presence.
