Together, we’ll talk about how we respond to intense environments (literally and emotionally), share what helps us keep our cool, and explore practices that support calm, presence, and resilience when things get hot.

Real Talk provides a safe, inclusive space where people connect through meaningful conversations. It’s a casual, open-minded setting that encourages sharing your thoughts, listening to others, and embracing differing perspectives to foster connection and growth.

With a donation-based ticket, you can contribute any amount you choose. Our suggested donation is $10, but anything helps and is deeply appreciated. Your support helps Greenhouse Gives continue offering free and accessible events like this one. You will also have the opportunity to donate at the time of the event.
