Phoenix Animation Expo

is a three day event celebration organized by PHX Arizona Animation meetup networking group and a collective of animation studios. Our goal is to foster unity within the animation community, offering a platform for sharing industry knowledge, showcasing outstanding work, and opportunity to connect with industry experts and fellow animation students.

PHXAX is a three day industry conference event for ALL Animators, Illustrators, Game Developers, VFX Artists, Voice Actors, 3D Artist, Lighting Artist, VR/AR/MR Artist, Motion Designers, Screen Writers, Music Composers, Sound Designers, Animation Schools, Students, Software Companies, Hardware Developers, Video Production, Students, Aspiring Animators, Media Distributors, Teachers, Traditional Artist. Support a student's journey to PHXAX 2025 and introduce them to the enriching experience of this animation community. Additional student sponsorships are available for just $20, covering the attendance costs for students currently pursuing studies in an animation-related field at a college or university. Registration to the PHXAX is scheduled from September 25th-27th, 2025. Review your email and the website at for more details.

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no refunds on registration purchases; however, you may either:

• Transfer your registration to another person by notifying us no later than Friday, Sept 26th, 2025. Your request must include your name and email address as well as that of the person who will be attending in your place.
• Request a credit to be applied toward next year’s conference by notifying us no later than Friday, Sept 26th, 2025. If you are holding a credit or transfer from a past year, please contact at dGlja2V0cyB8IHBoeGFuaW1hdGlvbmV4cG8gISBjb20=
• In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances related to Phoenix Animation Expo, the venue, or global events, refunds will be provided for all registrations, with the deduction of any nonrefundable fees or costs beyond the control of Phoenix Animation Expo.

By registering, you grant permission for the use of photos, audio, and video recordings captured of you at the events for promotional and educational purposes associated with the Phoenix Animation Expo event indefinitely. This also enrolls you in the primary Phoenix Animation Expo mailing list. Should you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, or revoke your consent, you can do so at any time by contacting PHXAX in writing.
