Join us in these fun and experiential workshops as we journey through the main energy fields of our body to unlock their potential for manifestation.
If you have small or lofty goals, projects you wish to start but have been putting off, and enjoy a somatic and energetic approach to creating change, this series is for you. You'll have the opportunity to bring into focus what truly matters to you and give your creative and manifesting powers a boost to accomplish your goals and desires.
Movement, sound and light are non verbal multidimensional languages that effect all our subtle bodies. We will incorporate gentle somatic movement and meditation practices, breath work, as well as sound and light activations in alignment with our intentions for each class.
7/5- Open to infinite possibilities and receive guidance from the higher dimensions of light. Clarify your vision and find greater spontaneity to express yourself.
7/12- Strengthen your connection with the supporting energy of the universe and boost your self confidence.
7/19 – Increase your energy reserves and overcome limitations. Allow your desires and goals to take root in the physical realm.
7/26- Integrate the energies of your thoughts, emotions and actions and bring them into alignment within your whole self to actualize your dreams.
*** Please Note: The movement practices in these series are done lying down so bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable layered clothing.
Also bring along a notebook to record your insights and self reflections. There are blankets available but feel free to bring your own if you need one.
