How To Recognize and Treat Common Hiking Illnesses

No matter where you hike, there are numerous common hiking illnesses that can ruin what started as the best hike ever! Heat, cold, elevation and lack of hygiene can present illnesses at a moment's notice and knowing how to prevent and treat these illnesses is key to getting back to the trailhead in one piece. It's not all doom and gloom, but it kind of is:)
