First Friday at the Roosevelt Row Apartments

You are invited to vend at a special open-air arts market that takes place on First Friday in the heart of Roosevelt Row!

Located in and around the courtyard of the Roosevelt Row Apartments on the north side of Roosevelt Street between 4th and 5th Streets.

This is a Family Friendly Event. No 18+ Products are allowed

We reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time.

Refunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.

Please note this is is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Your registration and location is color coded so please study the map carefully when purchasing as well as when you come to ser up. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not guaranteed.

Do not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer.

Certain spaces are reserved for volunteer vendors. This is the green zone.

Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer.

EVENING MARKET:

LOAD IN TIME IS 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM. If you do not arrive by 4:30 PM you stand to forfeit your desired spot zone and/or will be assigned what is available.

Electricity will NOT be provided for booths. You will need to provide your own power supply and lights for your lighting. Feel free to get as funky as you want with your lights as long as it does not affect your neighbors lighting set up. (If you need really bright lights, consider side walls for your canopy) ABSOLUTELY NO GAS GENERATORS.

Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement.

Vendors must be ready to sell by 4:45 PM.

Vendors in the courtyard and on the street may begin packing up no earlier than 9:45 pm and must be off the property by midnight. Vendors in Orange Zone are expected to pack up by 9:15 pm and all equipment off the street by 10 pm. Please be aware of this time difference when purchasing your ticket.

CENTRAL ARTS MARKET VENDORS MAY LOAD IN ON ROOSEVELT STREET IN A DESIGNATED LOADING AREA IN FRONT OF THE COURTYARD BEFORE 4:30 PM.

ALL VENDORS WHO ARRIVE AFTER 4:30 PM MUST LOAD IN FROM 5TH STREET LOCATED TO THE EAST OF THE MARKET. AFTER 5PM, NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MARKET OR ON ROOSEVELT STREET FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING FOR ANY REASON.

Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS PARKED IN THE LOADING AREA. Unload your stuff on the sidewalk and once your car is no longer in the loading area you will be assigned your spot. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!

Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.

There are restrooms available in the adjacent businesses located around the area.

This market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.
