Aromatherapy Sound Healing

Spend the afternoon relaxing and recharge for the week ahead with an extended aromatherapy sound bath. Practice will begin promptly with a calming breathing technique followed by a series of yoga postures to prepare the body and mind for the healing vibrations of the symphonic gong and singing bowls. A variety of essential oils will be offered as well as diffused to enhance your energetic experience. This is a donation based event with a suggested energy exchange of $5-$10.
