Sound Bath

Please join me for a sound bath experience! This event is a form of sound healing where you are surrounded by crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, a gong, crystal chimes, rattles, essential oils and more! These instruments create vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and well being!

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow and or blanket, chair options are available!
