We’ll begin in the heart of Germantown at Uncle Bobbie’s Coffee & Books, then take a peaceful stroll down historic Germantown Avenue to Pomelo Flower Shop for a curated evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection.

This special experience includes a refreshing walk, candle-lit yoga and a deeply restorative sound bath under the stars in the courtyard, led by HoodHealers and Teairra. You’ll also enjoy self-guided bouquet making at Pomelo, a powerful guided conversation to share and connect, and a nourishing meal provided by Sweetgreen.

This isn’t just another event—it’s a reminder to pause, breathe, and pour back into yourself. Come move, reflect, and reset with us.
