Pause. A Daytreat Experience 🧘

Pauses are powerful. Give yourself a little extra love and care without traveling far, taking a chunk of time away, or breaking the bank. Dr. Hava Rose teaches ways to prioritize yourself with guided journaling, hands-on workshops, a beautiful community, and more.

The day begins as a collective warm welcome into a beautiful and unique space. After settling in, we will participate in collective, interactive workshops to build an empowering and safe space. As we warm up with one another, we also begin to explore what a pause can do for us. In the second half of the day, choose 2 workshops to create your ideal afternoon retreat. We’ll close out our day by embracing the unified energy and power behind taking our pause.
