Our 50th Anniversary Sit-A-Thon!

To celebrate, and to support our 50th anniversary fundraising campaign, we’ll gather on Saturday, August 9, for a 12-hour Sit-a-Thon at the Center. The day will include sitting meditation, walking meditation, and mindful movement, along with breaks for tea, lunch, and dinner. Participants are invited to join for any portion of the day they wish - an hour, several hours, all day, or anywhere in between.
