Pause in the Park is part of our seasonal wellness series—bringing intentional pop-up gatherings like yoga, sound healing, journaling, and expressive workshops to beautiful public spaces across Philadelphia.
🌿 This week’s experience:
We’ll begin with a slow, reflective nature walk to awaken your senses and ground into the present moment. Afterward, we’ll settle into a guided watercolor painting session led by Sarah Jane. No experience needed—just a willingness to pause and play.
All materials will be provided. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and an open heart.
