Join City Town Coffee Shop for an extraordinary morning of poetry, wisdom, and community support featuring esteemed Diamond Sister Genester Miller. At 97 years young, Sister Miller continues to inspire through her powerful poetry and lifetime of experiences.
This special "Black Dollar Days" event celebrates and supports Black-owned businesses while offering an intimate gathering at City Town Coffee Shop with a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of our community's most treasured elders as she shares her poetry and reflections on life, sisterhood, and perseverance. The event includes a delicious brunch prepared with ingredients from local Black-owned suppliers, poetry reading, interactive discussion, and book signing.
Black Dollar Days is an initiative to promote economic empowerment by encouraging intentional spending at Black-owned businesses. By participating in this event, you're directly supporting City Town Coffee Shop and its network of Black suppliers and partners.
