About the 2025 Honoree
Lindsey Scannapieco is the Managing Partner and founder of Scout. She is a visionary leader and urban strategist who has taken underutilized spaces and transformed them into thriving, vibrant communities for artists and creative entrepreneurs. Scout is the creative force behind the Bok Building's revitalization, and the upcoming redevelopment of former UArts Hamilton and Furness Halls.
Lindsey is actively engaged in the wider development of the city as a board member of Fleisher Arts Memorial from 2018 - 2024 and as the co-president of the Friends of FDR Park. Lindsey was recognized as a '40 under 40' by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2023 and received the Emerging Leader Award by ULI Philadelphia in 2023.

As Fleisher’s largest annual fundraising event, the Founder’s Celebration is a meaningful opportunity to honor individuals whose passion and commitment to the arts reflect the spirit of our founder, Samuel S. Fleisher. Together, we’ll celebrate those working to expand access to the arts, champion creative expression, and enrich the cultural life of Philadelphia.
