Update: We’re getting close to our Pork Shoulder Competition on June 28th! So far, we have 5 competitors signed up. Who else is planning to compete?
Also, is anyone planning to bring something to share with the crowd?

This will be part of the 5K and July 4th Fireworks event in Meridian, so we’re expecting a great turnout.
🕘 Event starts at 9:00 AM, but the competition will kick off around 10:00 AM.

Pork Shoulder Cook-Off – June 28th at Winding Walk Park!
Alright everyone, it’s official – pork shoulder is the star of the show for our upcoming event!
Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, June 28th
• Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 NOON
• Location: Winding Walk Park
• What to Bring: Tent, tables, chairs, and a cooler of drinks
• Entertainment: We’ve got a DJ spinning all morning!
• Cause: It’s early, but it’s for a good cause – come out and support!
Want to Compete?
• Entry Fee: $20
• Prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place + major bragging rights
• Judging: Based on smoke, taste, tenderness, and more – no sauce allowed to dress it up, but cook it however you like!
• Only 15 Competitor Spots Available – DM me ASAP to claim yours!

• No cost to attend if you’re bringing a dish to share. Everyone’s welcome!
