Mountain Bike Coaching

Join us a CycleFest for some introductory coaching sessions.

VC Venta cycling club supported by British Cycling South Region are planning a morning guided ride and some children’s and women’s coaching sessions. These are being organised by Toby Leyland who is Head Coach at The Endurance Habit providing 1:2:1 coaching for regional and national level riders racing road and mountain bikes.

10:00 - 11:30am 90 min guided ride on the best bits of QECP, beginner-intermediate level, there will be 2 fully qualified coaches to take up to 16 riders max. £5 per rider.

12:00 - 1:00pm Coaching for Women, focussing on trail flow and confidence on the trail. Gravel and MTB bikes. £5 per rider.

1:00 - 2:00pm Kids coaching masterclass body position and technique on the trail. £3 per rider

What you need to know
• Spaces are limited so please make sure to book online in advance.
• Sign in at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park stand on the CycleFest event field (Bottom Field) 15 minutes before your session is due to start.
• A helmet must be worn at all times.
• Bikes should be suitable for off road riding.
• Please contact Southern eBike rentals if you would like to hire a bike
• Parking charges apply at all times.
