Washi Tape Name Art

For ages 6 and up
In this fun and creative session, children will learn a brilliant technique using Washi tape to create their very own personalised artwork! First, they'll mark out their name (or another word or shape they love) on paper using colourful Washi tape. Then the real fun begins – painting an abstract design right over the top using bold colours, patterns, and plenty of imagination.

Once the paint is dry, we’ll carefully peel away the tape to reveal their original design in crisp negative space – a magical moment every time! To finish, they can add extra flair with Posca paint pens or Sharpies, bringing their creation to life with even more detail and personality.

This workshop is perfect for young artists who love to experiment and get creative with colour, texture, and design. All materials provided – just bring your imagination!

Children aged 6 - 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that the toilet is upstairs.
Sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by Sage and Salt Studio.
