🌿 Mindful Mondays at Sage and Salt Studio
Launching on Monday 14th July 2025
A calm creative space to unwind, reconnect, and make something beautiful.
Join us every Monday afternoon in our cosy art studio for a gentle, feel-good crafting session. No experience needed – just come as you are.
Each week we’ll explore a different relaxing activity like endoodling, slow stitching, collage, journalling, clay play or block printing – all designed to help you switch off and find your flow.
💚 When: Mondays, 1.30–3pm
💚 Where: Sage and Salt Studio, Petersfield
💚 Cost:
– £10 per session (materials & refreshments included)
– £35 for 4-week pass
Includes unlimited tea, coffee, squash and a biscuit or two!
All materials provided - just bring yourself.
Whether you come every week or just drop in when you need a little creative reset, you’re very welcome.
Booking essential – spaces are limited to keep things relaxed.
