Join us for a beautiful evening of yoga and soul healing sound on Cruden Bay Beach.

Meet us at the entrance to the bridge on Harbour Street to walk along the beach together to the perfect spot for our practice.

Let’s create balance within our minds and bodies with a grounding yoga practice followed by a relaxation guided by the sound of beautiful crystal bowls.
