We are excited to invite you to ‘Step into Wellness’, our new monthly community event created in partnership with local NHS providers to support older adults in ageing well🤝

First Thursday of every month | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

(3rd July, 7th August, 4th September, 2nd October, 6th November, 4th December)

📍Waterhouse Manor Care Home, 5 Waterhouse Way, Hampton Gardens, Peterborough, PE7 8SJ (facilities & refreshments provided)

This free event includes gentle lake walks suitable for all mobility levels, plus access to a variety of health-focused activities and services designed to promote physical and mental well-being🚶♿️💭

What to expect:

~Guided lake walks (wheelchair-friendly) 💧
~Health & wellness information from NHS/Allied professionals 🧑‍⚕️
~Light refreshments & social connection☕️
~Rotating activities focused on healthy ageing🗣️

Whether you’re joining for a stroll, a chat or to explore support options, you’ll be part of a friendly, welcoming space focused on staying well - together💛
