4th Annual Meat Sale

JMF and Full Circle Ranches is back with our annual meat sale. This year in addition to selling whole and half animals, the live auction will also include smaller variety and special boxes. Sale will include beef, pork, and lamb. We will also have our retail booth open with a limited amount of individual cuts, swag, and our tallow balm.

• Appetizers & drinks will be available during the event.
• Lunch is available for $25 - please purchase the RSVP + Lunch ticket

Full Circle Ranches is locally owned and operated by Johnny & Lena Fagundes, Sonoma County natives with a passion for agriculture. We offer a unique 'full-circle' ranch to table process - animals are born, raised, processed in our USDA mobile slaughter unit (JMF), and sold in Sonoma County. The only other hands that touch the product before yours are Sonoma County's top rated butchers.

RULES OF SALE:

• All buyers must register before the sale
• No bids will be taken from unregistered buyers
• Carcass delivery to local shops is included in the sale price
• Cut & wrap and/or additional processing is not included in the sale price

INFORMATION FOR PURCHASE OF SALE LOTS:

• If you purchase for a butcher shop we will deliver to you (within local counties)
• If you purchase for a retail shop we can break carcass into a beef box (primals)
• If you purchase for personal use, we can set up cut & wrap for you, or we will deliver to a local butcher shop of your choosing (USDA or custom shops ok).
• All lots can be further processed under USDA if preferred or needed.
