In 1996, I moved from a two-bit town called Portsmouth, Ohio to Cincinnati with $500 to my name, and found the cheapest hole-in-the-wall apartment I could find for $250 a month. Five years later I bought my first home. Fifteen years later I had it paid off. Within three years I'd acquired five apartment buildings. Five more years later I'd acquired seven more, then cashed them all in to buy a campground we now call Misthaven Resort.
And I did it all on a fast food income, with no degree, no training, no one to help me, and no schooling. I was just winging it. I've worked every job there is under the sun, and somehow I made it all work.
Now I am going to show you how I did it. It wasn't easy, especially just starting out. When I started out, there was no YouTube to show me how to fix a clogged commode or replace a faulty outlet. Now you have an enormous amount of help online to make it so much easier than it was when I was doing it.
So I am offering to show you how I did it through in-person seminars held right here in Peru. You're going to get to meet me, Dennis, as I walk you through the steps I took. Every decision, every mistake, every step of the way. How I went from broke to being in charge of my own destiny. And I did it all on fast food and factory incomes.

I'll cover all that and a hundred other topics, then will sit through a Q&A whereby you can ask anything you want for more detailed, more concise answers to your questions.

Once you own real estate, you will not need to apply for another apartment in your life. You won't need to worry about a landlord wanting to evict you for no other reason than he thinks he can get more rent out of someone else (YES, he can legally do that, and he doesn't even need to evict you. He can simply let your lease run out, and then ask you to leave, WITH NO REASON GIVEN!)
Applying for a home loan is fairly simple. If you have evictions on your record, THEY DO NOT MATTER. Lenders do not take in to account whether you have evictions or not. Do you have a criminal record? Banks do not care. There are only a few stipulations that banks care about, and I will teach you what they are, and how to meet those criteria, easily.
So, $100 is all I'm asking to get you started down the path to financial freedom. It's a very small sum, really. Really, it's just $25 an hour, and probably less, because sometimes the seminars go over the allotted time, because there are questions from those in attendance.
My time is extremely valuable. I can't do it for free, because I'm also running a business, and if I step away from running my business, then I have to pay someone to watch my business while I'm conducting my seminars (which I do at my business, so you can see I am for real).
